To Lose A Fat Stomach - Forever
!
First of all we need to wake
up to reality. The first of these is that there is no miracle
cure that will dissolve your wobbly tummy. Diet pills might
help in the short term but they cannot give a strong, toned
tummy.
If you want to banish those
extra pounds around your middle on a permanent basis, then you
have to employ a new diet as well as exercise. A combination of
resistance and cardiovascular training along with healthy
eating will firm up those tummy muscles. Take these steps and
you can look toward to permanently losing that extra tummy
fat.
Eat only 500
calories less per day & lose 1 lb fat per week
!
It may seem that some folk can
drop belly weight easily, this is not the case, nor is it
impossible for you to get the stomach you want. At the very
heart of your revised eating habits needs to be your awareness
that you must reduce your daily intake of calories. To state
the obvious, if you consume fewer calories than you use, you
will lose that extra weight you have built up. In order to lose
1lb of fat a week you need to consume 3,500 calories less, the
equivalent of 500 a day.
When giving advice
on burning fat abs it is very important to emphasize
that you shouldn’t over reduce their calorie intake. If you
dramatically decrease your calories your body will go into
starvation mode and will actually start storing fat ! You
should cut down on calories so that your intake is slightly
less than before, which will result in weight loss, then use
exercise to get rid of the rest of the excess fat.
Try some light
exercise
The kind of exercise you need
is often referred to as cardiovascular, which includes
swimming, running and cycling. Try weight resistance forms of
exercise on alternative days to build strong, firm muscles. I'm
sure your neighborhood gym would design an exercise plan just
for you.
The sort of regime I have just
described will, in no time, shed those unwanted pounds and give
you the abs you have always wanted.
You must cut out, or
dramatically reduce your intake of sugar and fat, they have no
place in your new diet. Instead you must consume lots of fish,
fruit and vegetables.
A
healthier, happier you
Beginning is probably the most
difficult part of the whole process but I can promise that if
you follow the advice above and find a diet that is right for
you then your entire life will improve hugely. Remember the
journey across the desert begins with a single step, with what
you have found out here and a new, sensible diet, you can look
forward to a healthier, happier you.

IMPORTANT
We do not offer medical advice. Before
undertaking any diet or weight loss program you should,
first, consult your doctor or physician. You should be
especially careful if you have any existing medical
condition or are taking any form of
medication.
Exercise should be approached with
caution. It is not uncommon to sustain injury when taking
up exercise for the first time or after a long period of
relative inactivity. At the slightest sign of pain or
discomfort you should stop exercising and seek the help
of an appropriately qualified expert before resuming
activity.
The diets we recommend are not suitable
for pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor should they be
undertaken by anyone under the age of 18 without first
seeking expert medical
opinion.
