To Lose A Fat Stomach - Forever
!
First of all we need to wake
up to reality. To begin with, I have to tell you that there is
no magic potion that will zap the unwanted flab on your
stomach. It doesn’t matter how many pills you take, if you
don’t put some work into strengthening your stomach muscles
after you lose the belly fat you still won’t have a toned
stomach.
If you want to banish that
extra weight around your middle on a permanent basis, then you
have to employ a new diet as well as exercise. You need to
focus on a healthy diet and do some cardiovascular and
resistance training to firm up your abdominal muscles. This
regime will result in ridding yourself of your wobbly tum
forever.
1 lb of fat is 3,500
calories
It may seem that some folk can
drop belly weight easily, this is not the case, nor is it
impossible for you to get the stomach you want. At the very
heart of your revised eating habits needs to be your awareness
that you must reduce your daily intake of calories. You should
be consuming less calories than your body burns in order to
lose fat that has been stored on your body. A pound of fat is
the equivalent of 3,500 calories so if you intend to lose a
pound per week you need to reduce your daily calorie intake by
500 calories.
When giving advice on how to
lose a fat stomach is very important to make clear that
you shouldn’t over reduce their calorie intake. If you
dramatically decrease your calories your body will go into
starvation mode and will actually start storing fat ! A modest
reduction in your calorific intake along with an exercise
program can lead to a dramatic decrease in your weight and
belly !
Exercise will help
!
Cardiovascular exercises such
as walking, running, jogging, cycling, or swimming all help to
burn off fat. Weight resistance exercises can also be used on
alternative days to help to tone and strengthen your muscles.
Your local gym would advise you what exercise routine would
work best for you.
The combination of gym and
road work will make your fat stomach a thing of the
past.
Your diet should never include
soda drinks, junk food or anything else with a high sugar or
fat content. Fruit, vegetables and fish should be the order of
the day.
Getting started is probably
the most difficult part of the whole process but I can promise
that if you follow the advice above and find a diet that is
right for you then your entire life will improve hugely.
Remember the journey across the desert begins with a single
step, with what you have learnt here and a new, sensible diet,
you can look forward to a healthier, happier you.

IMPORTANT
We do not offer medical advice. Before
undertaking any diet or weight loss program you should,
first, consult your doctor or physician. You should be
especially careful if you have any existing medical
condition or are taking any form of
medication.
Exercise should be approached with
caution. It is not uncommon to sustain injury when taking
up exercise for the first time or after a long period of
relative inactivity. At the slightest sign of pain or
discomfort you should stop exercising and seek the help
of an appropriately qualified expert before resuming
activity.
The diets we recommend are not suitable
for pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor should they be
undertaken by anyone under the age of 18 without first
seeking expert medical
opinion.
