"BY FAR The Most Fun 'Diet' I've

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about

ago. My first cheat day was filled
with lattes, French toast, pizza, ice cream,

Prior
to Cheat Your Way Thin, the longest I
lasted on any sort of "diet" was about a
