Beer and wine, I'm afraid, can
contribute to those wobbly bits you would rather not have. If

re-think your intake. Even cutting out alcoholic drinks
temporarily, for the period you are planning to achieve fast
weight loss, is a good idea. The lack of these calories, that
perhaps you did not consider previously, will help you shed
weight faster.

your no-no list it would be the pound-producing snacking.

idea of being permanently slim appeals to you. You will feel
better, look better and find yourself revitalised, you might
even start exercising !
