when we sometimes need easy diet plans. In winter we wear
layers and layers of clothing that can cover up
any of our excess weight. Short sleeve tops and bikinis
can become items to dread wearing. It is at these times

The enemy is sugar
& fat
The web is full of data on the
subject including the fact that if you reduced your calorie
intake by 500 a day you would lose a pound of fat a week. For
one group quick weight loss is possible. If you consume a lot
of fatty foods and sugary drinks you are probably over your
ideal weight. If the sugary drinks and fatty foods are dumped
with water and low fat foods taking their place weight loss
will take place in days.
Still on the subject of
drinks, not only do the usual fizzy drinks help you gain weight
quickly but two beverages enjoyed by many has similar effects –
wine and beer. You may need to really think about the number of
alcoholic drinks you enjoy each day. Even cutting out alcoholic
drinks temporarily, for the period you are planning to achieve
fast weight loss, is a good idea. The lack of these calories,
that perhaps you did not consider previously, will help you
shed weight faster.

How often should you
eat ?
Sticking to three meals a day
only and avoiding eating between those meals is something you
must try to achieve. If you are feeling hungry during the day
then drinking fresh fruit juice or water and eating fruit is
your best option. Some find eating very small meals, perhaps as
many as 5 or 6 a day, easier. Eating only at meal times also
makes managing what you are eating much simpler as apposed to
munching on the run. Snacking is a major cause of weight
increase so it is obvious that if you cut out this part of your
eating habit you will quickly see the benefits.
Quick weight loss is
achievable and, you never know, you may fancy the idea of
staying lighter and healthier always. I'm sure you would get a
