Exercises To
Flatten Stomach
If there is one aspect of
weight loss, above all others, that men and women all over the
world are most focused on it's how to get rid of belly fat. We
are bombarded by photographs of celebrities and models, their
slender and toned bodies are portrayed as being the norm and
what everyone should strive for. I offer the following advice
to help you to lose your wobbly tum.
To begin with we must face the
facts. I have to tell you that there is no magic potion that
will zap the unwanted flab on your stomach. Pills, at their
best, will reduce the fat but will not help you to get and keep
a flat, toned torso.

In order to flatten your
stomach permanently you need to combine exercise and diet.
You need to focus on a healthy diet and do some cardiovascular
and resistance training to firm up your abdominal muscles. If
you get this right losing your excess stomach weight won’t be a
struggle.
Exercises To Flatten
Your Stomach
Lie on your back with your
arms by your sides, palms down. Keeping your legs together
bring your knees into your chest - it's OK, at this point, for
your legs to bend at the knee. Now straighten your legs
vertically and, keeping them straight, slowly lower them to
floor, repeat ten times. Over a period of time try to get to a
point where you can do ten sets of ten - but only without undue
strain, pain or feeling unwell.
The kind of exercise you need
is usually referred to as cardiovascular, which includes
swimming, running and cycling. Weight resistance exercises
should also be used on alternative days to help to tone and
strengthen your muscles. I'm sure your neighborhood gym would
design an exercise plan just for you.
The combination of gym and
road work will make your fat stomach a thing of the
past.
Calorie reduction is important, but
...
It may seem that some people
can drop belly weight easily, this is not the case, nor is it
impossible for you to get the stomach you want. At the very
heart of your revised eating habits needs to be your awareness
that you must reduce your daily intake of calories. If you
reduce your calorie intake to be lower than that your body
burns, you will lose weight. A pound of fat is the equivalent
of 3,500 calories so if you intend to lose a pound per week you
need to reduce your daily calorie intake by 500
calories.
When giving advice on how to
lose fat it is very important to emphasize that you shouldn’t
over reduce their calorie intake. A large reduction in your
calorific intake can result in your system adopting starvation
mode, which means it stores fat ! You should cut down on
calories so that your intake is slightly less than before,
which will result in weight loss, next use exercise to get rid
of the rest of the excess fat.
Naughty drinks have to go
!
You must avoid, or dramatically reduce your
intake of sugar and fat in all forms, including sugary drinks,
they have no place in your new diet. What should be the
mainstay of your new lifestyle are fruit, vegetables and
fish.
Sugary snacks and drinks or
products high in fat cannot be a part of your new diet. What
should be central to your new lifestyle are fruit, vegetables
and fish.
Beginning is probably the most
difficult part of the whole process but I can promise that if
you follow the advice above and find a diet that is right for
you then your entire life will improve hugely. Remember the
journey across the desert begins with a single step, with what
you have learnt here and a new, sensible diet, you can look
forward to a healthier, happier you.

IMPORTANT
We do not offer medical advice. Before
undertaking any diet or weight loss program you should,
first, consult your doctor or physician. You should be
especially careful if you have any existing medical
condition or are taking any form of
medication.
Exercise should be approached with
caution. It is not uncommon to sustain injury when taking
up exercise for the first time or after a long period of
relative inactivity. At the slightest sign of pain or
discomfort you should stop exercising and seek the help
of an appropriately qualified expert before resuming
activity.
The diets we recommend are not suitable
for pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor should they be
undertaken by anyone under the age of 18 without first
seeking expert medical
opinion.
