look at your own drinking habits and consider how you can
reduce, or stop altogether, your intake. Cutting out alcohol
just during the time you wish to quickly lose weight can make a
surprising difference. The lack of these calories, that perhaps
you did not think about previously, will help you shed weight

ingredients and you will soon realize what will help you lose
weight and what will make you pile on the pounds. It can be
surprising how rapidly these adjustments to your diet can make
you look and feel better.
Stop that
snacking
Sticking to three meals a day
only and avoiding eating between those meals is something you
must aim for. Try snacking on fruit when you feel hungry,
remember water and fruit juice will also help to fill the gap.
Some find having very small meals, perhaps as many as 5 or 6 a
day, easier. In order to control exactly what you are eating,
sitting down to eat at the same times each day, is far better
than snacking on the move. If there is one thing that I would
advise you to put top of your no-no list it would be the
pound-producing snacking.
Although we have concentrated
on quick weight loss, you might get hooked on the whole idea of
a maintaining a slimmer body and a healthier lifestyle on a
permanent basis. Once you experience the positive changes to
your appearance and well being it may become difficult to keep
you out of the gym !
