To Lose A Fat Stomach - Forever
!
First of all we
need to wake up to reality. To begin with, I have to tell
you that there is no magic potion that will zap the unwanted
flab on your stomach. It doesn’t matter how many pills you
take, if you don’t put some work into strengthening your
stomach muscles after you lose the belly fat you still won’t
have a toned stomach.
If you want to banish that
extra weight around your middle on a permanent basis, then you
have to employ a new diet as well as exercise. The only way to
get a fat free, toned stomach is to eat a healthy diet and take
up training of a cardiovascular and resistance nature. Do this
and you can look toward to permanently losing that extra tummy
fat.
3,500 calories = 1 lb
of fat !
Losing belly fat can appear be
so easy for some people to achieve - don't be fooled or
discouraged. The important point that you must remember is that
you need to decrease the amount of calories that you consume on
a daily basis. To state the obvious, if you consume less
calories than you use, you will lose that extra weight you have
built up. In order to lose 1lb of fat a week you need to
consume 3,500 calories less, the equivalent of 500 a
day.
When giving advice on how to
lose fat it is very important to emphasize that you shouldn’t
over reduce their calorie intake. If you dramatically decrease
your calories your body will go into starvation mode and will
actually begin storing fat ! You need to reduce your calories
just enough to start burning off the fat and then get rid of
additional fat by exercising.
Regular - not Olympic
standard exercise !
Regular walks, runs, swims or
bike rides are the kind of cardiovascular exercises you need
for weight loss. Every other day it would be a good idea to do
some weight resistant exercises. Your local gym would advise
you what exercise routine would work best for you.
By combining cardiovascular
and weight resistance exercising you will drop the fat around
your middle permanently.
You must avoid, or
dramatically reduce your intake of sugar and fat, they have no
place in your new diet. Fruit, vegetables as well as fish
should be the order of the day.
A stunning, new you is
just weeks away
Getting started is probably
the most difficult part of the whole process but I can promise
that if you follow the advice above and find a diet that is
right for you then your entire life will improve hugely.
Remember the journey across the desert begins with a single
step, with what you have learnt here and a new, sensible diet,
you can look forward to a healthier, happier you.

IMPORTANT
We do not offer medical advice. Before
undertaking any diet or weight loss program you should,
first, consult your doctor or physician. You should be
especially careful if you have any existing medical
condition or are taking any form of
medication.
Exercise should be approached with
caution. It is not uncommon to sustain injury when taking
up exercise for the first time or after a long period of
relative inactivity. At the slightest sign of pain or
discomfort you should stop exercising and seek the help
of an appropriately qualified expert before resuming
activity.
The diets we recommend are not suitable
for pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor should they be
undertaken by anyone under the age of 18 without first
seeking expert medical
opinion.
