Strip The Fat is an online diet program that provides users with a realistic approach to weight loss. It contains plenty of nutritional advice and some excellent strategies that you can use to lose up to 2 pounds each week.  You get a basic course in nutrition and exercise and the entire course is centered around the e-book and STF Diet Generator. 

 

The e-book is very easy to read and explains why other diets don’t work.  You get a complete step by step plan and will learn why smaller meals work better than big ones. You will also learn why breakfast is vital and how to exercise without the hardship. In the exercise portion of the e-book you will find out why your legs are so important for weight loss.

One of my favorite components of this program has to be the STF Diet Generator. This excellent piece of software can automatically create all your meals based on your diet program which eliminates the usual problem of 'What shall I eat ?' which, in my opinion, can be a real diet disaster and one of the reasons people tend to get bored with their diets. 

 

The STF Diet Generator allows you to choose your favorite meals from a choice of 5 different food groups. You can choose as many as you want and this tool then shuffles them all up and gives you a complete 14 day meal plan with 5 different meals each day which includes preparation instructions and some tips for each of the meals. The best thing about the STF generator for me is that is gives you your weekly shopping list too !
