e-book is very easy to read and explains why other diets
don’t work. You get a complete step by step plan and

Diet Generator. This excellent piece of software can
automatically create all your meals based on your diet
program which eliminates the usual problem of 'What shall I
eat ?' which, in my opinion, can be a real diet disaster and

diets.

groups. You can
